You need to update your plan at least quarterly.

If you would like to explore the potential for your business, we can prepare a quick cash flow forecast for a flat rate of $350. The fee includes a one-hour meeting to discuss the plan.

We need all of these items before the one-hour meeting to guarantee the fixed rate. Sales forecast, Sales by month for last year, Collections by month, Cost of sales percentage (it should be reflected on your income statement), Total expense (it should be reflected on your income statement), Total variable expense (it should be reflected on your income statement), Loan details (the signed bank documents), Line of credit details (the signed bank documents), Depreciation and Amortization total for the last 12 months, Most recent balance sheet.
