I just had another of those Kenny & Kenny moments and wanted to tell you that no words adequately express my appreciation for the kind of help I receive every time I turn to you folks.

Today I called Paul as my PDA died on Wednesday and had to be replaced. Subsequently I could not connect to my office wireless. Simultaneously, my laptop went from sprightly to total sluggish. I brought it to Paul while I took care of other urgent business and came back to a properly diagnosed and fixed laptop. Paul also instructed me on fixing my PDA wireless connection which stayed in my mind all the way to my car but not all the way to my office two hours later.

I just got off the phone with Paul who kindly and patiently reiterated the information he gave me earlier and we re-established the wireless connection on my PDA. All is in action again. Paul did this with gentle calmness, which really helped as I was feeling less calm due to about 18 other tasks on my plate. Paul, while amazing, is not the exception at Kenny and Kenny. I have this same experience when I reach out to any of my friends there--always.

Thanks so much, Tim, for making all this possible. I love doing business with you all and, as I said to Paul, I feel like I am talking with friends not just business partners.
