We will assist you as advisors and consultants in your business and tax strategic planning. We will work with you to clarify what your ideal business looks like, identify the business' strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, solidify your mission statement, and set up an agenda for the work to be done.
You will receive monthly one-on-one advisor meetings, and a weekly group Business Mastermind Meeting that starts with our advanced Financial Management Training Program. This includes discussion and education around prepayments, accruals, asset registration, tax advice, financial, and non-monetary key progress indicators. We can provide advisory about accounting software use and selection, as well as bookkeeping methods.
